Sale or Supply of Alcohol (Licensing Act 2003)
The Town Hall is licensed for the Sale or Supply of Alcohol. Permission must be obtained from the Town Clerk.
Door Supervisor(s) Licensing Act 2003
Where it is intended to provide regulated entertainment on the premises there may be a requirement for licensed Door Supervisor(s) to be present on the premises.
Please consult the Town Clerk to establish whether licensed Door Supervisor(s) are required.
The Pembroke Town Council reserves the right to vary the above scale of charges without notice and all bookings are made o the understanding that the hire charge applied will be that in force at the time of booking.
The Council may cancel any booking without specifying a reason. In this event, any charges paid will be returned, but no claims for compensation will be entertained.
The Council also reserves the right to impose additional or alternative scales of charges for days deemed by the Council to be ‘special days’.
Applications for bookings must be made on the booking form provided by the council, and an invoice will be issued which must be paid on the day of the booking or if regular bookings within one month of the invoice date.
Please note charges will be invoiced for the full hour not partial. Any bookings on a weekend will be charged 3 hours minimum.
Cheques to be made payable to ‘Pembroke Town Council’, or BACS payment, details on the invoice.
